By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site promotes the Friday Chaos Jackpot community promotion and related Epic Tech AI creative work. Campaign participation is also governed by the Official Rules. If these Terms conflict with the Official Rules regarding the Promotion, the Official Rules control for that subject.
2. Eligibility to use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site or participate in the Promotion. You represent that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to interfere with Site security, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse engineer the Site;
- Impersonate Epic Tech AI, @Sm0ken42O, or other persons;
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems;
- Use the Site to run competing spam campaigns or engagement manipulation.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by Sponsor or licensed to Sponsor, unless otherwise noted. Third-party content (including X posts, Suno tracks, and embeds) remains owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or commercially exploit Site materials without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing and fair use under applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The Site may link to or stream content from third parties, including X, Suno, Cloudflare, and content delivery networks. We do not control those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.
6. Optional soundtrack / media player
Any music player on the Site is optional entertainment. Playback does not affect Promotion eligibility or odds. Streaming may rely on third-party hosts; availability is not guaranteed.
7. No warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
