1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where this Promotion is not prohibited, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, and who have a valid X account in good standing.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor (where applicable) may be excluded from winning at Sponsor’s discretion to protect fairness. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion period
The Promotion is intended to run on a weekly cycle (“Entry Period”), typically Monday through Friday, with winner selection on or about Friday, as announced in the applicable weekly post on X by @Sm0ken42O.
Sponsor may pause, modify, or end any Entry Period for operational, legal, or safety reasons. Each weekly post may include specific dates and times that control for that week.
3. How to enter (FREE) — X Money receive QR required
NO PAYMENT TO ENTER. You must not send money to create an entry. Optional gifts never create entries.
During an active Entry Period, free entry requires all of the following:
- Following @Sm0ken42O on X and completing the engagement steps in the weekly launch post (typically like, repost, and a reply with #EpicChaosJackpot); and
- X Money receive QR proof (mandatory for eligibility): publish a public X status post that clearly shows your X Money receive / “My code” QR (so a prize can be paid to you securely), and register that post URL via the Site entry desk and/or as specified in the weekly post.
The QR must be a receive code for the same entrant X handle. It is used only for prize delivery verification. It is not a requirement to gift, tip, or pay Sponsor.
Limit: one (1) entry per person / X account per Entry Period. Multiple accounts, bots, fake QR screenshots, or spam may result in disqualification. Entries without a valid public receive-QR proof are not eligible to win.
Entries that are incomplete, late, incomprehensible, or that violate X Rules or these Official Rules are void.
4. Optional X Money gifts (do not buy entries)
Visitors may optionally send gifts via X Money (including by scanning Sponsor’s campaign QR / gift card). Gifting is voluntary and is not required to enter or win. Gifting does not create entries, tickets, or improved odds. Sponsor does not sell chances to win.
Clean stacking policy (how gifts hit the prize pool):
- Prize-pool gifts (“JACKPOT gifts”): gifts sent via the campaign QR during the Entry Period and logged by Sponsor, and/or gifts whose memo/note includes the word JACKPOT, are added to that week’s public prize pool.
- Personal gifts: other gifts to Sponsor are treated as personal creator support. They do not enter the prize pool and do not affect odds.
- If intent is unclear, Sponsor may ask once and will record the classification on the next public pot update.
- Gifts received after a pot freeze for drawing do not enter that week’s pool.
5. Prizes, pot structure & transparency
Prize(s) for an Entry Period are monetary awards paid via X Money (or another method Sponsor reasonably designates if X Money is unavailable to a winner). The public prize pool for a week is:
Prize pool = Sponsor seed + JACKPOT gifts for that Entry Period.
- Sponsor will publish a pot board (site and/or X) showing seed, JACKPOT gifts, and total.
- Sponsor aims to update the public total daily while an Entry Period is live.
- Sponsor may use pot-size tiers to set the number of winner slots (for example, one winner at lower totals; more winners at higher totals). Active tiers will be shown on the pot board and/or weekly post.
- Sponsor does not deduct a “house fee” from the published prize pool; the published pool is for winners per the announced split.
Prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Sponsor may require a winner affidavit, tax form, or identity confirmation where legally appropriate.
6. Winner selection (anti-opacity)
Winners of the random prize will be selected in a random drawing from among eligible free entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Random drawings are intended to be conducted on or about Friday of the Entry Period on camera or with a recording (for example, an X Space, live video, or screen recording) so the process is observable.
If Sponsor also offers a separate skill-based or “creator’s choice” award, that will be clearly labeled and is not the random drawing.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, and winners are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible free entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
8. Notification & payment
Potential winners will be notified via X (reply, mention, or DM where available) using the account that entered. Winner must respond within the time stated in the notice (or within 48 hours if none is stated). Failure to respond, failure to accept, or failure to provide needed payment details may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are typically paid via X Money to the winner’s eligible X handle. Same-day target: Sponsor aims to send prize payment on the same calendar day as the draw once the winner confirms the correct handle and is able to receive X Money. If a platform or banking outage prevents same-day payment, Sponsor will disclose the issue and complete payment as soon as reasonably possible.
Winner is responsible for ensuring their account can receive funds. Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect handles, platform outages, or third-party payment systems beyond Sponsor’s control.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s X username, profile image, and entry content for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion, without additional compensation.
10. General conditions
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. or its affiliates.
- You are providing information to Sponsor, not to X.
- Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in bad faith, or violates platform rules.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs integrity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- Entries become the responsibility of the entrant; Sponsor has no obligation to return submissions.
11. Release & limitation of liability
By participating, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, agents, and partners from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance/use, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; platform outages; or human error.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually under the laws of the Sponsor’s principal place of business / residence (United States), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
