How we stay honest

1. Pot transparency (live)
- Public live pot board powered by the jackpot API (seed + JACKPOT gifts + total + entry count).
- Public audit ledger of seeds, gifts, entries, freezes, draws.
- Daily pot update on X during live Entry Periods (screenshot / number).
- We never “surprise” a final total without a board update.
1b. Entry security (receive QR — not pay-to-enter)
- Every eligible entry must register a public X post showing their X Money receive QR.
- This is so we can pay winners securely to the right person — you never pay to enter.
- Gifting is optional. Sending money does not create an entry or better odds.
- Draws only include QR-backed free entries. Payouts only to registered handles.
2. Draws are not opaque
- Random draw from eligible free entries only.
- Draw happens on camera or recorded (Space / video / screen share).
- Method stated before the draw. No silent backroom picks for the random prize.
3. Same-day payouts
- Target: pay winners via X Money the same calendar day as the draw once the winner confirms handle.
- If platform issues block payment, we say so publicly and pay as soon as the system allows.
- We do not sit on prize money “for content later.”
4. Small pots are still real
- Early weeks may be small. We still seed, still draw, still pay.
- Success metrics: community energy, fair process, consistency — not bragging about huge pots.
- We do not extract from the prize pool for “fees.” Seed + JACKPOT gifts go to winners per that week’s announced split.
5. Clean gift stacking
- JACKPOT gifts: sent via campaign QR during the Entry Period and/or memo/note containing
JACKPOT→ counted on the pot board. - Personal gifts: other tips to @Sm0ken42O → creator support, not pot, never change odds.
- If a gift is ambiguous, we ask once publicly/in reply and log the decision on the next pot update.
6. Legal & marketing guardrails
- Official Rules always linked.
- Every major promo restates: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY · gifts do not buy odds · not sponsored by X.
- Until volume is large, we market carefully (no aggressive paid ads / no “guaranteed money” hype).
- If scale gets serious, we revisit rules with a lawyer — growth does not outrun compliance.
7. Narrative priority (so the site doesn’t steal the plot)
- 80% jackpot (enter free, pot, draw, pay) · 20% vibe (music, art).
- Music player is optional and labeled as not required to enter.
- Homepage leads with jackpot, not media.
